Staff Engineer - Pittsburgh, PA

Job Description

This position will be a part of Hiperos’ Development team working on enhancing the application through the implementation of new features and updates to existing functionality. Candidates will need to possess a solid understanding of object-oriented-programming concepts, .Net and C# in order to design, build, test, and implement small to large portions of the application.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience with C#, ASP.Net, MVC and/or other .Net technologies.
  • 2+ years of experience with T-SQL specifically using Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Experience with MVC in .Net a plus.
  • Experience with jQuery a plus.
  • Experience with CSS3 a plus.
  • Experience with AJAX and JSON a plus.
  • Experience with Scrum development methodology a plus.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment as needed.

Technical Support Analyst - Pittsburgh, PA

Hiperos is seeking a highly motivated individual to serve as Technical Support Analyst out of our suburban Pittsburgh office.

The candidate must have a minimum of three to six years of experience in high-touch customer service in a complex technical environment. This individual will be given authority (and responsibility) to drive issues to a final resolution, and must be able to balance client needs versus company priorities. Responsibilities will include:

  • Develop expert-level knowledge of Hiperos software products
  • Provide a single point of customer contact for technical and support issues, facilitate cross-functional solutions to issues
  • Drive resolution of customer support cases, collaborating with Development, Product Management, Client Services, QA, and Sales to meet customer needs
  • Proactively monitor and update customers regarding technical needs, issues, and/or opportunities
  • Create training presentations to clients that will entail different functions of Hiperos Software
  • Assist in creating new procedures and policies

  • Demonstrable track record of success attaining quota, year over year

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, technology, supply management, or supply chain.
