Hiperos Board announces executive team charged with leading company’s growth

Key executives each bring more than 20 years of experience in the supply base management and software space

SOUTHBOROUGH, Massachusetts –May 1, 2010 – Hiperos, LLC, a provider of on-demand solutions for managing the extended enterprise of companies, is proud to announce the naming of its executive leadership. Joining founders Greg Dickinson, President and CEO and John Abbatico, Chief Technology Officer are Mark Deluca, Vice President of Sales, David Furth, Vice President of Marketing, Eliot Madow, Director of Client Services, and Doug Udoff, Director of Business Development.

Mark Deluca has been a main contributor to revenue growth at companies like ADP, PeopleSoft, Ariba, and Aravo. At each company, Mark was directly involved in creating new market categories and his consistent, high-level of performance helped each company establish a dominant market position. Prior to joining Hiperos, Mark built and ran the Eastern Region sales team at Aravo, the first Supplier Information Management software company.  At Aravo, Mark’s team generated 100% of new client sales in 2009.

David Furth comes to Hiperos having held leadership roles at Perfect Commerce, BasWare, i2 Technologies and RightWorks. In addition, he was the Practice Leader for Deloitte Consulting/DRT Systems’ e-Procurement Center of Excellence. In these previous roles, David has provided strategic guidance to founders and CEO’s, created go-to-market strategies and company messaging, developed demand generation and brand awareness programs, performed market research, and established alliance development programs.

Eliot Madow brings over thirty years of experience in supply management, outsourcing, supply chain, IT strategy, information systems design and development, and engineering to Hiperos. During his career, he has led more than 60 major project engagements. Eliot is a “Certified Professional in Supply Management” (CPSM) and is currently an adjunct professor of supply chain and operations management at Northeastern University in Boston.

Doug Udoff has spent his entire 20-plus year career in the software industry. His remarkable experience in services at Oracle, Ariba, and Misys have given him the opportunity to work with such notable companies as AT&T, Allied Signal, JM Huber, Merck, Bristol Myers Squibb, Merrill Lynch, DuPont, and Verizon. Prior to joining Hiperos, Doug was Vice President of Services at Misys, a UK-based software company. While at Misys, Doug oversaw a team of 550 consultants that produced $125 million in annual revenue.
