Greg Dickinson, CEO
Greg has an exceptional track record of driving innovation and revenue within the software and technology space. Under Greg’s leadership, Hiperos continues to establish itself as one of the premier solutions for 3rd party management.
Prior to Hiperos, Greg was CEO at Venafi, an encryption management software company. Before Venafi, Greg was senior vice president of North American Sales and a member of the CEO’s management committee for Ariba. Greg joined Ariba in 1997 when it was a start-up with less than $1 million in revenue. By the time he left Ariba in 2004, he was part of the executive team responsible for managing a $200 million company. Greg began his professional career as a founding member of PCNet, Inc., a computer reseller. A true visionary, Greg helped launch PCNet’s first Internet product and became a sought-after expert on doing business on the web.
Greg served in the United States Air Force, where he was the recipient of both the Air Force Commendation Medal and Humanitarian Award. He holds a master’s degree in information systems from Pace University and a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Southern Connecticut State.
John Abbatico, CTO
John has more than 20 years of experience in software development, sales and services. As the technology leader for Hiperos, John oversees the development of one of the most comprehensive and flexible solutions in the 3rd party management space.
Prior to co-founding Hiperos, John was a director of innovations at SAP. In this role, he oversaw a 40-person team of local and offshore resources and served as a field CTO working alongside customers and sales to develop new solutions for the SAP portfolio. Before joining SAP, John was vice president of solutions at Venafi, where he was instrumental in assisting the CEO in positioning the company for an asset sale. Prior to Venafi, John spent more than five years with Ariba, where he assisted in the development of several new products for Ariba including its contract management solution. John previously spent six years at Oracle, and started his software engineering career at General Electric designing cutting-edge nuclear propulsion systems.
John has bachelor of science degrees in physics and nuclear engineering from Penn State University. He also completed course work toward a master's degree in computer science at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
Sandeep Bhide, Director of Product Management
Sandeep has spent more than two decades in the software industry building traditional and cloud-based enterprise software solutions, bringing them to market, and supporting them over multiple release cycles. At Hiperos, Sandeep heads the product management group.
Prior to Hiperos, Sandeep spent over eight years at Vistaar Technologies during two tenures. Most recently, he ran the technology services group of Vistaar's healthcare subsidiary. His responsibilities included the development, pre-sales support and delivery of an enterprise-class patient-flow and throughput-management solution for some of the largest healthcare providers. Previously, Sandeep was the head of technical services at Heartbeat Software, where he engineered the turnaround of performance and service levels of a 65-person engineering and support team, orchestrating the transition of the development center from Bangkok, Thailand to Pune, India.
Sandeep holds a bachelor's degree in computer engineering from Pune University and an MBA in finance from Rutgers University.
Janet Coddington, CFO
Janet is an established corporate finance executive with extensive hands-on experience building, strengthening, and leading the corporate finance function for private companies in various start-up and high growth situations. In her role as CFO, she will focus on helping Hiperos enhance operations, expand its high-profile customer base, and maximize profits.
Prior to joining Hiperos, Janet was the CFO of SANpulse Technologies, a leading organization delivering advanced SAN optimization products and services. During her employment, she reduced the expense burn by 50% and maintained effective relationships with the key stakeholders. Before SANpulse, Janet spent a decade at Lumeta Corporation, where she held the positions of Chief Financial Officer and VP of Finance. During her tenure at Lumeta, she played a key role in evaluating mergers and acquisitions, raised millions of dollars in venture capital, and developed compensation and benefits packages to attract best-in-breed talent. Prior to Lumeta, Janet was employed at Telelogic North America as the Vice President of Finance, and as Controller at Quality Systems & Software, Inc.
Janet holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, Finance from East Stroudsburg University. She also is a member of the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA), New Jersey Technical Council (NJTC) and Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM).
Mark Deluca, Vice President of Sales
Mark has spent over two decades in the enterprise software market. At Hiperos, Mark is responsible for driving revenue growth and building a world-class sales organization.
Prior to Hiperos, Mark built and ran the Eastern Region sales team at Aravo, a supplier information management software company. At Aravo, Mark’s team increased the company-wide subscription revenue by over 75%. Prior to Aravo, Mark was a senior manager in Accenture's business process outsourcing sales organization. Before joining Accenture, Mark spent seven years at Ariba, where he was consistently one of the top-producing account executives. Prior to Ariba, Mark was at PeopleSoft. Mark’s sales career started at ADP where, during his 12-year tenure, he made President’s Club every quota-carrying year.
Mark holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and English from Rutgers University.
Michele Flynn, CSO
Michele Flynn is the Founder, Chairman and Chief Strategy Officer of Hiperos. A recognized industry visionary, Michele is best known for her development of performance based contracting and at risk fee methodologies and practices, both of which have become industry standards today.
In 1997, Michele founded Expense Management Solutions (EMS), a consulting firm providing targeted solutions for complex business issues in corporate real estate, procurement and shared services areas. Michele and EMS have received numerous awards and accolades, including being recognized as a "Top Outsourcing Advisor" by The Black Book of Outsourcing - the result of Michele’s expertise and innovation working with over 90 of the world’s largest corporations, and delivering significant and quantifiable business process efficiencies which have delivered more than $1 Billion dollars in savings.
Prior to EMS Michele was the Vice President Real Estate and Administration for Liberty Mutual Group, where she was responsible for driving millions in savings to the bottom line by reengineering the procurement, real estate and other administrative service functions. Before joining Liberty Mutual, Michele held a number of executive positions with Fortune 500 companies, international banks and public accounting firms in real estate, investment management, administrative services and contract administration.
Michele holds an MBA from Southern Methodist University and an AB in International Relations from Mount Holyoke College. She is certified by the Costa Institute of Real Estate Finance, holds the Board Certification in Corporate Real Estate (BCCR) from CoreNet Global, is a Registered Counselor of Real Estate (CRE), and a Certified Outsourcing Professional from the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals.
Eliot Madow, Vice President of Client Services
Eliot has over 30 years of experience in supply management, outsourcing, supply chain, IT strategy, information systems design and development and engineering. At Hiperos, Eliot is responsible for customer satisfaction during configuration, best practices, community content, and ongoing value through solution training.
Eliot came to Hiperos from Expense Management Solutions, Inc., a premier provider of sourcing and outsourcing advisory services specifically for corporate shared services such as real estate management. Prior to Expense Management Solutions, Eliot owned his own consulting practice, in which he provided supply management and IT professional services for a variety of public and private clients. His earlier experience includes positions as CIO for global supply chain operations of an international specialty chemical company and VP of professional services for several consulting organizations.
Eliot holds degrees in electrical engineering and computer science from Northeastern University.
Marie-Charlotte Patterson, Vice President of Corporate Marketing
Marie has more than 20 years of international marketing and operational management experience in the software industry, with specific domain expertise in the Governance, Risk and Compliance sector.
Prior to joining Hiperos, Marie was the Vice President of Corporate Marketing and Product Management for AXS-One, where she was responsible for driving the company’s vision and strategy for archiving and electronic records management within the new paradigms of litigation readiness. Prior to AXS-One, Marie was Vice President of Marketing for IXOS, a German-headquartered provider of enterprise content management (ECM) solutions that was acquired by Open Text, where she was responsible the organization’s worldwide marketing and business development functions. Prior to IXOS, Marie held senior level marketing and business development positions in the US and Europe with Macro 4, a publicly traded systems management and document archiving software provider.
Marie has a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Management and Modern Languages from the University of Bath and a DipM from the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
Doug Udoff, Vice President of Customer Success
Doug has spent his entire 20-plus year career in the software industry. Doug is responsible for partners, business development, support, and long-term customer success.
Prior to joining Hiperos, Doug was vice president of services at Misys, a UK-based software company. While at Misys, Doug oversaw a team of 550 consultants that produced $125 million in annual revenue. Prior to Misys, Doug spent more than 10 years at Oracle during two tenures. He was group vice president responsible for the North American consulting supply organization, and he played an integral part in integrating PeopleSoft’s consulting business with Oracle’s. In between his tenures, Doug joined Ariba to start the Eastern Region services team. Doug eventually became vice president of North American services, overseeing an important profit center for the company.
Doug holds a bachelor of arts degree in computer and informational sciences from the University of Delaware.
