The University of Tennessee (UT) has developed diagnostics tools as part of their research of highly successful outsourcing relationship. UT is opening these powerful diagnostics tools to the public, making them available as "open source" self-assessments that can help you assess your own buyer-supplier relationship and contract structure. UT has teamed with Hiperos’ 3rd Party Management (3PM) solution to power the diagnostics tools, enabling participants to engage in this research via an automated web based survey.
