The signals we hear from the market are clear - managing relationships with strategic suppliers and service providers is more challenging than ever. And the pressure is on. To think, we were told it was going to get simpler with the advent of procurement and contract management systems. It was not that long ago that if you implemented a requisitioning application, set up SLA’s and KPI’s, tracked them on a regular basis, and communicated the status with your suppliers, you would be considered best in class.
