Welcome to Hiperos.com. It is my hope that this website answers most of the questions you have about what we do and why we do it. Our goal at Hiperos is to enable organizations, through a technology-based solution, to effectively measure the performance and monitor the compliance of strategic service providers (for example vendor management and supplier relationships). For companies that outsource, it is critical that the expectations entering into an agreement equal the value received from providers. Unfortunately, in a majority of cases, expectations don’t equal the value received.

At Hiperos, we are driven to help our customers and their key suppliers achieve optimal value and performance from their relationships. As a result, we are prepared to engage in a meaningful conversation about the ROI you should receive from our solution.

2. Your environment must support collaboration – internal and external stakeholders need a place to communicate about topics like current status, best practices, and the impact of market trends.
